My life’s always been about building meaningful connections—personally and professionally.
Communication, which is my professional area of expertise, has evolved dramatically since I started a couple of decades ago.
I embrace changes in society and technology, but keep my practical and human-focused approach. This ensures my work is as it always has been: effective, relatable, and personal. And, dare I say, fun.
PASSION
I really love what I do because it lets me live out my core values every day.
Mixing a creative and strategic communication approach with proven skills in text, design, and photography, and a deep sense of community, I make ideas come to life and create connections that are as unexpected as they are supportive of whatever the goal is. Yes, that is possible.
Today, I’m more focused than ever on using my expertise to support projects and organizations that align with my values.
VALUES
Liberation starts with listening. In the quiet moments when you’re alone, what does your body ask you? What does your mind whisper when no one else is around? Are you taking care of yourself in the ways that actually matter? Are you carrying versions of yourself that you outgrew years ago? What are you willing to let go of to finally live on your own terms?
SCOPE
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, I provide communication and creative support to businesses, organizations, communities, and initiatives throughout Europe.
